Company Profile EPC Development Group Pty
Ltd was formed in November 1993 to develop, manufacture and market the
inventions produced by the company. The initial invention was a family
of water driven fans for use in domestic, commercial and marine applications.
The first product in this family, the ENVIRO FAN,
was released into the market in late 1995. The ENVIRO FAN was the idea of Peter Ward in Babinda, Queensland, and is now protected by worldwide patents. The turbine is also patented throughout the world, and was designed by Peter's brother Charles. The prototype phase was followed by careful design by plastics engineers, to select the optimum shape and materials for the fan motor. All other materials are standard electric fan components.
